Printed in our own workshop in Langwith, Nottinghamshire and dispatched from there. Delivery is calculated at checkout against your basket and address, so you always see the cost before you pay. Everything is packed to protect the printed face — transfers interleaved, print work boxed flat.
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at final print size gives the best result; we also accept PDF, AI, PSD and SVG. Not sure whether your file will hold up? Send it over and we will tell you honestly before anything goes on the printer.
Transfers arrive with pressing instructions in every order; once pressed, wash the garment inside out on a cool cycle and keep it away from high heat in the dryer — that is what keeps the colour bright wash after wash.
Printed work — flyers, banners and cards — is trimmed and finished ready to use.
Everything here is printed to your own artwork and specification, so the 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply. If an order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with photographs and we will reprint or refund — your choice.
