DTF gang sheets are priced by the length of film you order. Everything you fit onto that film costs the same whether it is one big back print or thirty small logos.
Work in square metres
All our sheets are 57 cm wide, so the only variable is length. That makes the maths simple:
- 30 cm x 57 cm = 0.171 m²
- 0.5 m x 57 cm = 0.285 m²
- 1 m x 57 cm = 0.570 m²
Divide the sheet price by the area and you get a price per square metre you can compare directly against any other supplier.
The cost per print is up to you
A 1 m sheet holding four large back prints costs the same as a 1 m sheet holding forty chest logos. The more efficiently you nest, the lower your cost per garment – which is why it is worth spending ten minutes on the layout before you order.
When a single transfer still makes sense
If you genuinely need one print for one garment, a small sheet is the right answer. But if you are running a clothing line, a team kit or a workwear order, group everything you know you will need over the next month onto one sheet.
Plan a month ahead
Most of our trade customers keep a running file of the designs they reorder. When it is time to print, they drop the month’s work onto one sheet rather than ordering piecemeal. It is the single biggest saving available on DTF.
