Your rights when you order bespoke printed transfers.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to change their mind about something bought online. That right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, so custom printed items cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your legal rights if the goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If you need to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet gone on the printer we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started we cannot cancel, because the item cannot be sold to anyone else.
If your transfers arrive faulty, damaged, or are not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will reprint the order or refund you — your choice. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.
If a transfer lifts, cracks or fades after pressing, tell us what happened: the garment type, the heat press settings you used, and a photograph. Pressing outside the supplied settings is the most common cause. Where the fault is ours, we reprint at our cost.
We print the file you supply. We cannot refund an order because the artwork was low resolution, the wrong size, or contained a spelling mistake — but if we spot a problem before printing we will always contact you first.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the refund, and usually much sooner.
