How your order is packed, dispatched and delivered.
Every order is printed in our own workshop in Langwith, near Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, and dispatched from there. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Delivery is calculated at checkout, based on your basket and delivery address. You will always see the cost before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.
Transfers are supplied flat or rolled depending on size, interleaved to protect the printed surface, and packed so the film is not creased in transit. Keep your transfers flat and out of direct sunlight until you press them.
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched. Where a tracked service is used, the dispatch email carries the tracking number.
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the transfers before anything else, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint or refund. Please do not press a transfer you believe is damaged — once pressed we cannot assess it.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from elsewhere, contact us before you order and we will tell you whether we can ship to you and what it will cost.
