The terms you agree to when you order from Pro Graphix DTF.
This website is operated by Pro Graphix DTF, a trading name of Pro Graphix Group, Main Road, Langwith, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG20 9BH. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Pro Graphix DTF.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot print your order — because the artwork is unusable or the item is unavailable — we will contact you and refund you in full.
You are responsible for the artwork you supply. By uploading a file you confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission from the rights holder, and that printing it will not infringe anyone else’s trade mark, copyright or other rights. We print what you send: we do not check spelling, and we do not alter your file without asking you first. You keep ownership of your artwork.
DTF is a digital process. Colours on a printed transfer will not always match exactly what you see on a screen. Where colour accuracy is critical, ask us for a sample before ordering a full run. Low-resolution artwork will print soft — we recommend a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at final print size.
Prices are shown on the product pages and confirmed in your basket before you pay. Delivery is calculated and shown at checkout before payment is taken. Payment is taken in full at the time you order, through our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
Items printed to your specification are covered by our Returns & Cancellations policy, which explains your rights in full.
If we fail to meet these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Where you buy as a business, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
